Who we are

Our website address is: https://unififiber.com.my. This website is operated by NSS TAD BAHAU SDN. BHD. (201701023784 (1237950-V)) ("we", "us", "our"), an authorised reseller of Unifi services. Unifi is a brand of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM"). We are not TM. We help you check coverage, choose a plan and submit your application to TM.

This website is designed and maintained by Zyva Marketing on our behalf.

This policy follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended) ("PDPA").

Information we collect

When you check coverage or contact us, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, address, the service you are interested in and any message you send.

When you submit an application form on our website (Unifi Home, Netflix/Max bundle, Unifi Business or Mobile Postpaid), we collect: your full name, phone number, email address, MyKad/Passport number, a copy of your identity document (front and back), your installation or billing address, your chosen plan and preferred installation date, and your existing provider (if any). For Mobile Postpaid, we also collect your preferred number. For Unifi Business, we also collect your company name, company type, business registration number and company registration documents.

This information is submitted voluntarily by you. Required fields are needed to process your application. If they are missing, we may not be able to proceed.

How we use your information

The information you provide is used to check fibre coverage, recommend a suitable plan, process your application, verify your identity for TM, arrange installation with TM's appointed installer, and contact you about your application status.

We will only send you promotional messages if you agree. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share your data with

Your submitted information (including your identity document) is sent via email to our sales team and shared with TM and TM's appointed installers to process your application and carry out installation.

We may also use service providers such as website hosting, email and WhatsApp to run our service. Some of them may store data outside Malaysia.

We may disclose your data to authorities where required by law. We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Once your application reaches TM, TM also handles your data under its own privacy notice.

How long we retain your data

We retain application data for as long as necessary to process your application and for record-keeping related to your subscription. Copies of identity and company documents are deleted within 90 days after installation is completed or the application is cancelled, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make the site work (for example, remembering your form selections).

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may use cookies that work across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Request corrections to your data
• Withdraw your consent, or request deletion of your data (subject to any legal requirement to keep it)
